Latest Movies 2019 | WHERE'S WALDO? Voice Cast Has Come Together for Universal Kids and Dreamworks Animated Series

Universal Kids and Dreamworks Animation has set their voice cast for their upcoming animated series, Where’s Waldo?, and it’s pretty great. Joshua Rush (Andi Mack, The Lion Guard) stars as Waldo, with Haley Tju (Big Hero 6: The Series) as Wenda, Eva Carlton as Odlulu, and Thomas Lennon (Santa Clarita Diet) as Wizard Whitebeard. There will also be an awesome lineup of guest stars who will appear throughout the season that include Rachel Dratch, Bobby Moynihan, Jerry O’Connell, Hannah Simone, and Weird Al Yankovic.
Here’s a description of the series from a report over at Deadline:
Where’s Waldo? centers around 12-year-old Waldo and his best friend Wenda, who are members of the Worldwide Wanderer Society—the international order of curious travelers who circle the globe celebrating cultures and solving problems through observation. Their mentor—Wizard Whitebeard, a seasoned wanderer—sends these inquisitive young adventurers on international travel missions so they can earn their stripes and someday become wizard-level wanderers too. But standing in Waldo and Wenda’s way is their rival Odlulu, who can’t help but cause trouble wherever she goes.
This sounds like it will be a fun series for the whole family. My kids are obsessed with the Where’s Waldo? books, so I think they will really enjoy this show. Are you excited about the series? Did you find Waldo in his books as a kid? Where’s Waldo will premiere this July, with our first teaser available during the American Ninja Warrior Junior season finale on April 27 at 7 PM.
